Feature of the Week: Boss Babe, Megan Bali

 1) Who are you?

I'm a dreamer, a doer, and I'm passionate about impacting the lives of other people around me. I'm all about the boss babe movement and all for seeing women around me winning! I grew up in Southern California with a laid back and open-minded attitude, and then spent my college years in Washington, DC, where I picked up a bit of the East Coast heart and creativity. Ever since I was a teenager, I knew I wanted to be my own boss, create something of my own, and inspire other people in the world. I'm so proud to say that 16-year-old me would be so happy to know that we are doing just that.

2) What is your blog, program, agency, or organization about? When did it start?

I started working with a direct sales company when I was a Junior in college for some extra income. It ended up opening my eyes to an entirely different way of working and living shortly after I started though. I had always wanted to make an impact with my work and still be able to create freedom and autonomy for my own life, so when I entered this industry where all of the women around me were changing their own lives and the lives of other women they mentored, I immediately knew I was exactly where I was supposed to be! I sell beauty products in my organization, but I like to go further than that and say I sell confidence and a dream. The women I get to bring onto my team, I also get to believe in them more than they may believe in themselves, until one day they see how much their hard work has changed their life.

3) What is your mission? Why do you feel strongly about this particular area of interest?

My life mission is to help the world be a happier, kinder, healthier, and more loving place. With every business partner I work with, I have the mission to help them live a richer, happier, healthier and more growth minded life. One person at a time I would love to make a difference!

I’m so passionate about these values because when I started to think with a growth mindset, open my mind to new experiences, eat healthier and work out more, I started to feel happier and just more fulfilled by life. I think a lot of the pain and anger our world feels is just because we don’t take care of our own happiness and well-being. So it’s easier to be mean to other people because of the misery inside. If I can help 1 person feel happier and more fulfilled, I know that will have a ripple effect.

4) If someone asked for your feedback on how to live their best life, What would your response be in one sentence?

What lights you? Find ways to do more of that in every area of your life and find a way to impact another person’s life with it.

5) How and where can people find more information about you?
