Within the past few weeks, some terrible things have happened here in America. From the shootings and killings of Black innocent patrons at a Buffalo, NY supermarket, to the death of over 19 children and two teachers at a Texas Elementary school. Satan is to blame.
Luke 22:3-4 3 Then Satan entered Judas, called Iscariot, one of the Twelve. 4 And Judas went to the chief priests and the officers of the temple guard and discussed with them how he might betray Jesus.
Luke 22:31 “Simon, Simon, Satan has asked to sift all of you as wheat 32” But I have prayed for you, Simon that your faith may not fail. And when you have turned back, strengthen your brother.
In the Bible, there are many stories of how Satan has used people to do his evil works. He is a liar, a deceiver, and has come into the world to kill and destroy.
1 Peter 5: 8 says Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.
I write this post, to urge you to repent of your sins, accept Jesus Christ in your life, and pray for your covering and protection against all of the evilness in this world. There will be a time of Jesus' return to save the righteous. We'll want to be ready when He comes. Read Luke chapter 21.
