2) What is your blog, program, agency, organization about? When did it start?
We opened Solid Ground Cafe in January of 2019, serving up breakfast and lunch to the Mission Hill Community.
3) What is your mission? Why do you feel strongly about this particular area of interest?
Our goal is to bring respite and refueling to Mission's Hill's bustling community. Whether you're a long time resident in the neighborhood, a student, or work in the area, we know that everyone has goals to meet everyday, big or small. We hope to provide a bit of peace and refueling, even if it's just for a few minutes, through good food.
4) If someone asked you for feedback on how to live their best life, What would your response be in one sentence?
Be patient with yourself; whether you're at a low or high in your life, acknowledge, accept, and learn.
