Codfish Tacos with Avocado, Tomatoes, Red onions, Cilantro and Lime juice w/ side of Slaw
Spicy Veggie Salad ( mixed greens, avocado, red onions, black beans, tomatoes and cilantro)
Coconut Oil Salmon with Curry Chickpeas and Sweet Potato Salad
Salmon Bowl with Black Beans, Sweet Potato Chunks Black Beans, Broccoli and Brown Rice
Dinner
Pan Hawaiian Shrimp (Jasmine rice with red peppers, shrimp, pineapples)
Curry Chicken with Jasmine Rice, Bean Sprouts and Scallions
Vegetable Dumpling Soup with Sweet Potatoes, Bok Choy and Cremini Mushrooms
BBQ Chicken, Kidney Beans, Zucchini, and Brown Rice
Shrimp with Garlic Butter& Tomatoes
