Wellness: Carrot Apple Ginger Glory

Looking for a change in your breakfast smoothie?

Try my Carrot Apple Ginger smoothie/juice for a new refresher. Filled with Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Protein, and Fiber; this juice will definitely have your morning feeling "GGGlorious". Grab your nice glass, and follow the instructions below. Enjoy :)

Ingredients
1 handful of baby carrots
1 medium sized Gala apple (red)
2 small slithers of ginger
1/2 cup of water
1 cup ice

1.Rinse off baby carrots and apple in cold water
2.Cut apples and carrots into small slices
3.Add carrots, apples, and ginger in to blender
4. Add 1/2 cup of water 
5.Add cup of ice
6. Blend until everything is grated, and then liquefy
7. Serve

 If you would like to drink this as a smoothie, serve right away. If you would like to drink as a juice, strain with strainer in bowl, and pour in glass.
